FlynDesign respects the privacy of its clients and visitors. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have. We process data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number and company details.
• Website data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and usage statistics.
• Correspondence: data you provide by email or through a form on the website.
• Payment data: data needed for invoicing and payment.

What we use your data for

• Performing agreements and delivering our services (web design, hosting, maintenance, SEO and email hosting).
• Maintaining client contact and answering questions.
• Improving our website and services.
• Sending invoices and handling payments.
• Meeting legal obligations.

Statistics and cookies

Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is entirely cookieless and does not identify individuals. We also use Google Analytics, which is only loaded after you give consent via the cookie notice. Read more in our cookie policy.

Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with parties that help us deliver our services, such as our hosting and analytics providers, and only as far as necessary. We also share data where we are legally required to. FlynDesign never sells your data.

How long we keep data

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes above or as long as the law requires. For accounting, the statutory tax retention period of seven years applies.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or theft, including secure connections (SSL), strong passwords and regular backups.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted, unless we are legally required to keep it;
• object to the use of your data;
• have your data transferred to another party.
